These Terms govern your use of loridessert.shop and purchases from Lori Dessert Shop (trade name: Lori Bakes), 113B 8th Avenue, East Rembo, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1216, Metro Manila, Philippines. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we have verified your full payment. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order applies. Payment is made through QR Ph (Maya, GCash or bank apps). Delivery rider fees are separate unless stated.

5. Allergens

Our products contain or are made in a kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, soy and nuts. Customers with allergies order at their own discretion.

6. Storage

Best consumed within 3 days at room temperature in an airtight container, or up to 1 week refrigerated.

7. Intellectual property

The Lori Bakes name, logo, photos and content on this website belong to Lori Dessert Shop and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).
