Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our cookies are perishable food baked to order, please read this policy before ordering.

Cancellations

  • Before we start baking: you may cancel for a full refund.
  • After baking has started: orders can no longer be cancelled.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order (e.g. sold out), we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds and replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, email us within 2 hours of receiving your order (before it is consumed or stored) with your order number and clear photos. After review we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after baking has started
  • Delays or damage caused by a wrong address or an unavailable recipient
  • Rider fees for completed deliveries

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent within 3–5 business days to the same Maya, GCash or bank account used for payment.
